They are using a Netgear n600 wndr3400 which is old (Has Windows 7 compatible on the box). The modem is from Optimum. I'm on a Galaxy S8 and getting extremely slow LTE speeds. I have already been in to my Sprint store to exchange phones once over this issue. At times I will get semi-normal speeds (see the bottom result), but for the rest of the day, it's useless if I'm not on wifi. I currently have Verizon Fios 35/35 plan for internet. While I get great speed from my one hardwired connection, my wireless connections in the house are typically in the 3-5 Mbps upload and download, even if I am standing next to the router. My signal strength at any wireless connection is typically good - great, but still my speed stinks.
