I regret that I cancelled BT broadband and have chosen Virgin Media broadband instead. Wi-Fi it's a joke!! Not too mention that I went with a deal on Topcashback! 5th month I am waiting for my cash back deal to be paid! With BT I only waited 1 month. Virgin Media is rubbish!
